20 – Lions II

We found them early the next morning at the same watering hole, not having moved except to drink water

All ten were always reasonably close together, though not always as close as in these next pictures – yes, you can count them all

As the sun rose and they stopped drinking and relaxed, we went to the other side of the pan. Even better shots, as we were (at most) 30 yards or 25m from them. For once they, the sun and I were all aligned correctly!
